The six-year-old grabbed a deserved win here by the minimum margin as she battled bravely to gain a nose victory. She ran pretty well in the BC Fillies and Mares Turf last year and now she has managed a third grade three win must be breaking through at the higher level soon. At six she may be peaking and after this brave effort she may be able to follow up.

A brave effort after a thrilling battle she could not get the win today but much like the winner must have graded stakes in her future.

She was coming on strong at the end but failed to time her challenge and found the two in front of her had enough left to hold her out. There was very little between the first three today and all of them will go on to a successful season, I am sure.

I am not sure what the AI was thinking with her today, but she got so far behind she almost fell off the screen, and it would’ve taken a miracle for her to get to them. She was beaten less than a length in the end which was pretty good when you consider where she came from.
