Feliz Cumpleanos came away last when the gates opened and was last at every call except the one that counts. The ever-consistent filly actually lost ground during the second half of the race, but when she turned it on, she flew by the entire field to win by ½ length.

It was 50-1 Sexy Angelina showing the way early but Scalp, who stalked the lead all the way, got by her for second, forcing her to settle for third. Zombie Storm had good position second throughout but got outrun in the stretch to finish fourth. Z Command never fired. Same for Ifyerwokeyerajoke who was never involved. Confederate Warrior faded to finish last.

Feliz Cumpleanos is by Cp Enlightenment out of the Gsin mare, Nebraska Sinner. The win pushes her career earnings to $444.970. Congratulations to Maxmillion Farm and Feliz Cumpleanos!
