Believe indeed… Mb Stables’ Found Peace controlled the pace and went under the wire in front by three-quarters of a length to take Fridays Transylvania Stakes (GIII), making it two consecutive stakes scores for this one. The homebred son of Calm Command got the mile and a sixteenth in 1:393 on a course labeled fast. Cobra Man closed from well off of the pace and was gaining late, but had to settle for the place, ending his four race win streak. British Cha tracked the pace setter throughout but just couldn’t go on with them late, finishing third in a head bob where post time favorite Stylishly Ugly fourth and Jakarta was fifth.
Found Peace is a 3yo black altered son of Calm Command – Landing, by On High Alert and he was bred by his owner, Mb Stables, in Cal. This was his fourth win from ten starts, and he now has a nice bankroll of $463.400.

Found Peace broke alertly, set the pace throughout, fought back all challenges late, won driving. Cobra Man taken back off of the pace early, improved position through the far turn, blocked in the lane, swung wide, full of run late. British Cha good early speed, continued to press the pace to the lane, lost ground late. Stylishly Ugly away well, second flight, even effort. Jakarta broke well, just off of the pace to deep stretch, out-kicked. One More Stitch midpack to the lane, flattened. Joker On Jack off step slow, not a factor. People Pleaser second flight early, involved to furlong marker, stopped. Last City sharp break, cup close to the top of the lane, folded. Costa showed little, outrun. Whatchagonnado never involved, outrun. Dreams Of Men was outrun.
