Has seen nothing but stakes company since right out of the farm…  broke maiden here vs. Canada breds last out and my only question is the surface.  He tired in his first start on the dirt – so was that the first start or the surface?  By the works I’m thinking it was the first time start and he should be a major factor here today.

Fifth beaten eleven in his maiden voyage and jumps right into the deep end of the pool.  This is a sharp outfit and usually won’t start something that doesn’t belong, so either they were helping to fill the race or they think this one is good.  He will have some odds, so if you like him, jump on the train.

Back to back stakes scores, including a GIII over this surface, so he certainly seems the one to beat here today.  He has tactical speed, and likes to stay just off of the pace so this seems like a spot where he can control the pace, have no traffic issues and get the job done.

Broke maiden last out here at WO and looked good doing it.  He just missed in his debut race, so he looks like a good one.  This is a tough spot with some very good competition, but if he continues to get better, maybe he can pull the upset.
