The Test – Grade I
7 Furlongs Dirt Stake Purse $500.000 Filly 3 Year Olds.
1st Helping People Mb Stables Ortiz I Jr
Now a winner of seven from nine this filly put her Acorn run behind her to win this grade one in game fashion. Enjoying a good trip she loved the off track and was just too tough in the end. She had been lapping up lower grade races as a two year old but has been gradually stepped up this year and if the rain sticks around until November we may see her in contention come BC time.
2nd Symphonic Team 7 Illusions Bravo J
Looked like she was in a difficult spot as they rounded the turn and she certainly had to make more moves to get in a challenge than the winner did. When clear she still could have won but the winner was just too game in the end and she went down by a head. This was a great effort considering it was only her 7th start and her first at graded level and i am pretty sure we will see plenty of her as we approach the BC.
3rd Five Million TwinTowersRacing Bejarano R
She got back and was flying at the end in an eye catching performance. I think a mile plus will see her clocking up some black type wins before long.
4th Fortune Tune Aml Racing Garcia Alan
Another that may have found the trip a little short she too was flying at the finish and i think we will see her winning good races at a mile plus.
