Its always good to see a BC winner win again because so many dont but this winner of the BC Juvenile Fillies was as gutsy as they come to share the victory and cement herself among the best of her sex on turf. Unbeaten since switching to the turf she was the obvious choice for this race from the perfect draw even with the likelihood she would be ring rusty.

1st= Dawning Ice Age Maxmillion Farm Jaramillo E

It didnt matter that this winner of an optional claimer was against a BC winner because when the turf king races the money always flies in. As unlikely as it looked on form this filly managed to force the dead heat and is another to slot into the stable of grass lovers.

3rd Sheza Kat Greeko Holdem Bejarano R

In true HRP style a cigarette paper separated most of the runners and though she was third beaten just a neck i doubt the owner made more than a $5.000 claiming winner at TUP. Such is the difference between success and the average pile at HRP, but the trainer will be happy with this effort as this filly looks like she will get better the further she goes.

4th Czarina La Canada Racehorses Ortiz I Jr

Just out battled at the end she seem to use her very potent turn of foot up too early today in an effort to stay closer to the pace. Well thats what i would say if this was a real life race but at HRP it may not be the case. At the end of the day this was a solid effort in a good field and her future looks pretty good.
