1st: #1 Informed Minister (Nakamura Stables/H. Hernandez): Tracked dueling leaders from the rail.  Moved a bit closer nearing the turn.  Found daylight in the two-path at the top of the lane to assume command of the race.  Had to dig deep in the latter stages to repel runner-up.

2nd: #3 Hot Shark (Arindel/J.R. Davila Jr): Off a bit slow, but got into range after a quarter.  Moved to challenge in the four-path at the head of the stretch.  Continued long move through the wire but couldn’t reel in the winner in a good effort.

3rd: #6 Jokers Wild (D J C Racing Stables/T. Piermarini): Outside of the tracking trio early.  Reserved his run while getting caught six-wide around the bend.  Passed tiring rivals in the stretch, but no match for top two.

Informed Minister improves to 3-2-0-0 with $132.000 in earnings.  Congratulations to him and Nakamura Stables on their victory in the NY Breeders Futurity!
