1st: #2 Jacks Courage (Mb Stables/M. Murrill): Away a step slow before quickly hustling into contention.  Was able to hold rail position and used his speed to avoid any kickback while inside of the leaders.  Made steady headway to be within a length of the lead with a half-mile to go.  Took over approaching the quarter pole and had to dig deep late to hold off rival.

2nd: #11 Noble Faerie (Riggins Racing/M.E. Smith): Away with the leaders and in the three-path on the backside.  Moved-out a couple paths rounding the bend.  Was hitting best a furlong out but could not get to the winner in time.

3rd: #4 Centennial Hall (D J C Racing Stables/F. Geroux): Broke in the middle of the pack.  6th from the two-path down the backside. Moved out another path leaving the turn and rallied into the show.

4th: #13 Times Ticking (Angelos Stable/A. Bocachica): Broke best from widest gate before settling briefly in 3rd when they exited the chute.  Moved to the front with 5f to go before weakening through the lane.

5th: #7 Derby Proud (Mb Stables/F. Pennington): Well back, and on the rail for the first half of the race.  Moved out to the center of the course and rallied to secure the last five points.

Jacks Courage established a new stake’s record as he finished the 1-mile in 1:34.72.  He has won 4 of 10 starts and amassed $431.000 in earnings.  The Gotham-G3 victory was worth 50 KYD qualifying points, and he is currently 6th on the KYD leaderboard.  Congratulations to Jacks Courage and Mb Stables on their victory and good luck to all going forward.
