Lava Man from Mb Stables got a clear run from just off the early pace, moved in to take over and hung on in a furious driving finish to the wire. With an eighth of a mile left to run about half the field was in contention. Congrats to the winning connections! Dont Fear The Reaper from TwinTowers Racing ran a monster as he shot out of the gate and tried to wire the field, just missing in a real nice effort today. Little Tiger from Temulac Farm broke 5th and got into high gear quickly sitting a perfect trip and just fell a tad short in a solid performance after taken a ton of unexpected action at the windows. Mooresy from Big Guns Stables was another runner who got considerable action this afternoon at the windows and ran good enough to complete the superfecta in a good effort.

Of The Rest;

Around The Table from Black N Gold Stable sat seventh early and then closed decent ground to just miss getting into the fray late. Decent enough effort on the afternoon.

Nitro from The Sidley Stud broke a little tardily and then was pretty much unable to make up any ground. He had to steady around the far turn and once he lost momentum it was all over. Give him a chance to make amends in his next.

The Answer from Night Rider Stables gunned hard and pressed most of the way until tiring turning into the stretch and dropped back quickly.

Neagh from DJC Racing Stables broke near the back and never really was able to impact them this afternoon.

Zion Birdie from La Canada Racehorses took a ton of money late and ended up going off as the favorite. He came out and sat a little closer than expected, but then spit out the bit and backed out of it. Probably just a little too short for him this afternoon.

Teterboro from Chili King Stables broke towards the rear and stayed back as expected, but was unfortunately unable to impact with any type of real close and ran last.
