Don’t look now, but Arindel has Lennon on his toes… back-to-back graded wins to kick-off the 5yo’s ’24 season as he goes under the wire a half-length in front to take Saturday’s Whitmore Stakes (GIII), stopping the clock in a snappy 1:08.58 over the fast OP oval.  Crush Rush battled the eventual winner all the way around in this one, but just couldn’t muster enough late, taking the second spot by a half length over Surprise Authority in third, then a neck to American Star, taking the minor money.  There wasn’t much in this one as only three lengths covered the field of ten.
