1st Lucky Phooey, trained by Estero Farms

That old back class this horse has wheeled him right into the winners circle with these foes. He was in front for most of the race and the fractions were not soft at all but this classy runner had no problem kicking clear late. The final time was 1:39.76 and earned $90.000 for the win.

2nd Strategic Edge, trained by Maletto

Like usual this horse went out to the lead at first but then he dropped to sit right off of the winner. He sat there all the way and just could not go on with the winner but he still ran very game to hold on for second in here.

3rd Chipotle, trained by Arindel

Just a run in place for this horse as he sat third the whole way and was about two lengths off of the leader at all times. He gave them a good run but was never able to get any closer than that. Not the worst run ever and a decent third.

4th Born To Be In Front, trained by Gdp Inc

Not living up to the name at all in this race as he was pretty much last the entire way. He may have bounced from his previous race where he ran a huge race and set a track record. Go back to drawing board because I think this was just a bad day at the office for him.

Summary

Well he was once a Breeders Cup winner and that back class was just too good for the rest of these. He ran very well and ran pretty quick time.Congratulations to Lucky Phooey and Estero Farms on the win.
