There were no surprises here as the three year olds went one two against the better form in the race. The only three year old with good enough form was this one and the morning line odds represented that as she went off a long odds on favorite.She won with consummate ease and now it will be a race to get her along with all the other three year olds into the BC.

2nd Anna D Night Mare Racing McCarthy T

It just goes to show that there is no reason to think a horse improves if it is raced in a higher grade because this filly who broke her maiden on the free track and then won an allowance at LAD beat plenty of stakes form here in finishing second. To be fair she was well beaten by the winner but i also feel she is more of a miler so i see no reason to send her back to the free track after this run.

The first older horse home she was taken well back from the wide gate and though she made up plenty of ground was never given a realistic chance of getting near the first two.

Stalked the lead but really didn’t see the trip out in finishing fourth and weary
