For anyone that questions the ability to close from the back of the pack and take home the bacon, I point to this entire weekend, especially the youngster-races… closing is alive and well. First example of such… Falling For You closing from the clouds to hand Mb Stables the Breeders Futurity (GI) and another ticket to SA for the BC. The final margin was a neck, and the running time was 1:42.04 over the KEE Fast main oval. Lion Command made it a battle to the wire and took home second, a quarter-length better than Orange Pilled in third, then another neck to Fun Runner in the fourth spot. Nine lengths separated first to worst.
