Reign Supreme from Mb Stables made short work of the field when the real running started and drew off for an easy score to capture The Pasadena Stakes by three easy geared down lengths. Congrats to all the connections and keep an eye on this one, he looks to have a bright future. Regal Classic from Mo Mentum Farm showed the way and held sway from all except for the winner on the afternoon. Solid wire to wire try. Trojan Horse from Family Racing showed speed to track but could not get by the leader or the race winner. He did enough to complete the trifecta in a better than looked effort. Say Solar from Night Rider Stables ran a little better than I expected, so tip of my cap to the barn for the decent effort to complete the superfecta. He should be ready to drop and win.

Of the rest:

Techno Residency from The Sidley Stud got hit late at the windows but failed to close much ground and just ran even for a fifth-place finish.

Unionist from Nakamura Stables showed only brief positional speed and didn’t really pass the acid test as the barn had hoped.

Baby Cherokee from Riggins Racing Stable showed brief speed and then backed out to run last. Took a boatload of money early so watch for him in his next start.

#3 Simple Man from Aer Stables was scratched.
