1st Questionable, trained by Mb Stables

Well I can say is that I am very shocked because I definitely did not see this horse winning mainly because he was still a maiden before this race and he had only finished third in his best race. He went wire to wire which is always impressive and he is obviously the real deal. He ran in 1:41.79 and earned $180.000.

And just like the winner this horse ran all the way around there in the same position in second. He stalked the leader and eventual winner Questionable and gave him a good run but could just never go by. He ran a very good race and gave his all for sure but in the end just couldn’t get by the winner.

3rd Weak Sheik, trained by Mb Stables

My top pick of the race and he gave a very game effort to run third in here as he was pretty far back early on and came with a run down the stretch. He was closing late but couldn’t get to his stablemate or the runner up. I’m sure that Mb Stables will have both of his ready to go Breeders Cup weekend.

4th Chai Bay, trained by Serenity Stables

The other maiden in the field also hits the board and I honestly think he ran a very good race because he was way out in the parking lot in the gate and he had to be very close to the pace because of the post. I think he will be pretty tough wherever he ends up making his next start.

Summary

Well I think it was really a shocking result to me mainly because I just didn’t see the maiden running this big of a race but obviously Mb Stables knew this horse was the real deal and that’s why he stuck him in here and that’s why he ended up getting the win. Congratulations to Questionable and Mb Stables.
