A much-improved ending that the seventeenth-place finish in the KYD, this was his third win from seven starts, his second stakes score and he now shows $418.350 in earnings. Nakamura Stables trained Neon Lightning pressed the pace throughout and took the second spot by a half-length over the winner’s stable-mate, Hail Justice, in third, then another length to Mb Stables’ Sinissippi Wild in fourth. Six lengths covered the field of seven and there were no scratches.
