Three Year Olds Fillies NY Breds

Here we have a field of eight three year old fillies that are New York breds and they will be prepared to go seven furlongs over the Belmont turf course. It honestly looks like a pretty evenly matched field on paper so let’s dig a little deep into the field.

1. Union Of The Snake (8-2-1-3 $59.720), trained by Chili King Stables

The first filly that we come across right here is coming into this race off of a third place finish in a statebred optional claimer over this same course and distance. She was closing late that day so a quicker pace will help her out in here. She may have a chance to win.

2. Burnkk (5-1-0-0 $36.000), trained by Night Rider Stables

And this next filly in here is bred too be a good one but so far she hasn’t necessarily shown it yet. She did win a statebred maiden special weight two race back before a fifth place finish in a stakes race at Pimlico last out. I think a return to statebred company will help her out.

3. Rules Are Madness (9-3-3-1 $63.470), trained by Angelos Stable

Next filly in the field is coming into this race off of a second place finish in the Mount Vernon Stakes which was here at Belmont. That was off the claim so she should improve off of that and she is running with three year olds only. I think she has a big chance to win.

4. Z Laffy One (7-3-2-0 $79.480), trained by Gdp Inc

The fourth filly that we meet right here is coming into this race off of a win in a first level allowance race at Parx going five furlongs. She is stretching out to this distance now but I think she will be able to handle it just fine. I think she has a chance.

5. Flying Nun (10-3-1-1 $138.980), trained by D J C Racing Stables

The next filly in the field is a graded stakes placed filly and she is coming into this race off of a fifth place finish in the Mount Vernon Stakes. She likes to come from off the pace so a quick pace will definitely help her out. I think she will run a good race.

6. Spicy Junction (7-3-1-1 $77.710), trained by Arindel

This filly right here is coming into this race first off the claim for her new trainer. She won a non three claiming race at Woodbine in her last out in gate to wire fashion. She usually closes from way behind but she looks versatile so it just depends on how she breaks.

7. Repercussions (4-2-0-0 $50.310), trained by Mb Stables

And now to the final runner in the field right here and this filly is coming into this race off of a win in a first level allowance race at Woodbine in her last start. That was her first time over five furlongs and she ran a good race that day. I think she will have a decent chance in this race.

Summary

Well no doubt here to me that just about any one of the seven could win with some racing luck. My top pick is going to be Flying Nun based off of that second place finish in that grade three. Good luck to all in the field right here.
