How they ran.

Seven Years started in fourth two lengths off the pace then made headway around the home stretch to take up the lead going on to win The Miami Mile driving to the wire by a quarter of a length.

Gallivant always close up no more than a length off the lead and then ran on to finish second.

My Plucky settled near the rear of the field then ran on strongly getting up to finish third.

Jamfest close up early racing in second and improved to lead the field by half a length only to be run out of it down the home stretch weakening back to finish fourth.

Compress settled at the rear then ran on strongly getting up to dead heat for fifth.

A Little Influence always in mid pack started in fifth and dead heated for fifth.

Milseain lead the field from the off till the back stretch then weakened going back through the field to finish seventh beaten by three lengths.

Playmaker never in the race always in the back two runners finishing eighth.

Executive Decision started and raced in sixth only to weaken back to finish last of the nine runners beaten by five lengths.
