So, I asked today…  what happened to Sham in the KYD, and this may be a question that many a horse player didn’t know…  

From my May19th, 1973 DRF, it appears (although Pancho may be full of Bravo Sierra) that Sham knocked out at least 2 teeth in the starting gate in Louisville.  Did this compromise him, not only in the KYD, but perhaps the rest of the TC races?  

In the meantime, Secretariat remains the greatest horse of all time…  stop with your other horses… but, what if… could it be.  You slugs want a good what if, hypothetical, supposition, could it be…
