9 HOU TTA Derby

Down to HOU we go and I wonder if the bartender will still remember my name? Well, anyway… a six-pack of TX-bred sophomores will be going a mile and seventy yards on the main track in the TTA Derby.
The Card and I see this one fairly much the same as I’ve put Red Solo Cup on top. Oddly enough, I actually saw Toby Keith (RIP) perform at HOU back a bagillion years ago, when he was just getting started… this one only makes sense. Two wins in a row, won at the distance over this surface. The signs are all there.
I’ll go right next door and look for Swamp Reaper to be a factor today. He’s been facing a bit tougher than this, although he only has that BTP maiden win to his credit. Still, only two back in the FofY (GII) at GP? That should speak volumes in this group.
Luz International has a trio in this one, and that outfit is always a factor, so The Card putting Neutral Zone in their tri certainly seems logical to me.
