Her last two turf runs show similar patterns — settling midpack and staying on without accelerating late. No wet‑track form. Long‑distance record is solid (5 starts: 1‑1‑1), but all wins came last season.

3. Matilda Jung

Race Form: Her 2026 turf form is ascending. A 91 at SAR last out (Wild App) and a 96 sprint figure in the Soar Soar (GIII) show versatility and improvement. She has hit 90+ in four of her last five starts. Proven at SAR and consistent at 1 mile.

Work Times:

• 22 Jul SAR – 1m turf 1:35 (4/5) → Excellent route turf drill; mirrors race conditions.
• 31 May SAR – 1m turf 1:35 (1/1) → Solo bullet; strong indicator of readiness.
• 3 May WO – 6f turf 1:10 (3/8) → Sharp mid‑prep work.
• 25 Mar HOU – 6f turf 1:09.4 (1/2) → Very fast early-season turf drill.

4. Party At The Shire

5. A Cautious Mating

Race Form: Improving since moving to Mb Stables. Her 94 at BTP (1 mile turf) is her best figure and shows she can carry speed. Consistent forward placement in all turf starts. Three turf runs this year: 94, 89, 89 — stable and rising.

Work Times:

6. John 3sixteen

Race Form: Lightly raced but improving. Her CD N1X win earned a 90, and her SA maiden win was a 87. All three starts show similar tactical positioning and late improvement. Needs another step forward to match graded form.

• 19 Jun PRX – 6f turf 1:10.3 (11/48) → Solid turf drill.
• 9 Jun PRX – 6f turf 1:10.2 (9/30) → Consistent.
• 6 May AQU – 1m turf 1:35.3 (7/8) → Route conditioning.

Summary: Work times are steady and professional. Form is improving but still developing.

Race Summary

This looks pretty even between 4 of them at least so it really will be a matter of who gets the race engine breaks. Mb Stables forked out $50 for A Cautious Mating and then ran it at BTP where she was beaten in a little stakes race. Whilst the stable name will draw some of the money I may look elsewhere here but no further than another Mb Stables runner in Zen Conquest. For me the exacta will be that one and Unfinished Symphony and it may be best to box it up.
