1st Star Kommander, trained by Kingelleinc

And this horse right here scores his first graded stakes win in here with a huge run. He proved that he does like the racetrack as he is now two for two over this surface. He stalked the pace then pulled away late to win by one length. He ran the race in 1:45.39 and earned $75.000 for the win.

2nd Piraya, trained by John Henry

Also a very big run from this horse right here as he got up for a good second place finish. He was about midpack early on and was in a nice spot. He made a pretty good move down the stretch and he was closing on the leader. A very good runner up effort for sure.

3rd Golden Boy, trained by D J C Racing Stables

Well this horse also ran a very good race to come from dead last to get up for third and only get beat by a length. He was dead last early on in the race and was even last at the top of the lane. He made up about five lengths down the stretch so he closed very nicely.

4th Dauzac, trained by TwinTowers Racing

And rounding out the top four was this runner right here who was the early pacesetter. He broke sharp and went right to the front but just could not go the whole mile and a sixteenth on the front end. He did hang on for fourth though and at least took home a couple dollars.

Summary

A very nice run from the winner here as he showed that he can win stakes races and that he also likes this track a lot. It was his second win in a row here and it is his first graded stakes win. Congratulations to Star Kommander and Kingelleinc on the win.
