When this one came out in the stalk off a slow pace it was pretty obvious with her sprinting speed that this race was going to set up perfectly for her. That’s exactly as it panned out as she got a deserved win after a good battle with the runner up.

2nd    Take The Fifth TwinTowersRacing Gaffalione T

This one would have almost certainly wanted to be anywhere but in the lead but with no-one wanting the front it was her that drew the short straw. Setting a sedate pace this race was a sprint for home and she was just touched off by the faster horse. A solid effort.

3rd    Very Brady Maletto Landeros C

The slow pace didn’t suit her and the penalty did its job as she struggled in the second half of the race.

4th    Round House Pan Farms Geroux F

A big disappointment for the veteran trainer as she went into the trail which is the last place you want to be on a slow pace. She just could not make any ground and the trainer will have to be asking some serious questions about her future.
