This horse has come on leaps and bounds since being switched to extreme trips and was impressive for the second race in a row today. Bought for just $25 at the start of the year the trainer has taken him through the race distances and has really found his niche and now he may be ready to go onto more success. He traveled off the pace today and showed an impressive finish at the end of the 12 furlongs winning by a length.

Went to the lead and set an even pace and i thought he may quicken off the last turn and go away with this but it is very difficult to make all at HRP and he found one too good that ran him down in the end. This was a good effort though and comparing it to his last effort may have been an improvement by being given his head.

Stalked the leader and kept on at the one pace for third. Another honest effort from this tough five year old.

4th       Shimoon Chai        Martyparty        Bridgmohan S X

Got a long way back from the one box and that was always going to be a hard choice at this level. He made ground but his chances went out of the gate.
