1 1/2 Mile Turf Stake Purse $100.000 Filly & Mare 3 Year Olds And Up.

1st   Heaven Sent  Maxmillion Farm  Roman E A   2:25.29
I said in the review that this trainer was a turf  wizard and he did it again with yet another stakes race victory on the grass. Running the stalk she covered every run and was very game in holding on by a neck. This was her best run of the year so far and whilst she probably isnt the best turf female in the game she is certainly worth a look in these long distance lower level black type races.

2nd   Feel The Thunder  Mb Stables  Maldonado E  2:25.36
Close enough throughout and kept on giving all the way to the line but just couldnt quicken past the winner. This former grade two winner is sure to be competitive in this type of race going forward.

3rd   Drop Her Off  Mb Stables  Talamo J  2:25.56
Closed up like the winner with 2 to run but just whacked away in the end. Difficult to place this nice sort but she clearly isnt far away from this time of race.

4th   Exhausted  Hambletonian Stable Bejarano R   2:26.21
Taken back but couldnt really make any ground off a slowish pace.
