Twin TowersRacing’s Wbf No Regrets had been on a string of bad races, but was able to turn that form around, staying just behind the early pace and getting the job done down the lane to take Saturdays Apple Blossom Hcp (GI) at OP by a half length. The 6yo mare, sent off at 16/1 odds, got the mile and a sixteenth in a final time of 1:411 over a strip labeled fast. Mb Stables was able to claim the second and third spots with Dream Woman finishing a length better than Drink me Pretty. Witeout Stables La Marseillaise, the slight post time favorite was fourth.
Wbf No Regrets is a 6yo bay mare by Didgeridoo – Square Root Beaut, by Square Edge, and she was bred in Ore by Wagon Box Farm… you just don’t see many Ore bred horses, especially of this quality. She now has eleven wins from thirty-two starts and earnings of $1,355.260. It’s great to see this classy mare back in form… congrats to the connections!

Wbf No Regrets broke well, followed the pace to the far turn, took over into the lane, fought off all challenges in the stretch, won driving. Dream Woman raced mid pack to the furlong marker, good effort, could not get to the winner. Drink Me Pretty was sent from the gate, controlled the pace to mid-way on the turn, headed, evenly. La Marseillaise gave an even effort, no threat, edged other for fourth. Laffy Crack was forwardly placed throughout, weary late. Beldame forced the pace to the lane, tired. Querencia was not a factor. Later Latte was never involved. Keks Last Girl was outrun.
