I had hoped we would see an emerging turf three year old star in this race but with 2 lengths covering the field i guess we just saw seven clones with one coming out on top today. Having said that full credit must be given to this improving gelding who went to the lead from the wide gate and did it tough to lead all the way.

2nd Bashful Aer Stables Cancel E

Stalked the leaders but couldn’t get to the winner it looked like the perfect draw would be enough for this good worker but he again showed he hasn’t the finishing pace to match his speed at home. Only just beaten i am sure he will win a good race before the end of the year.

3rd Moline Team 7 Illusions Cardenas L

Ran on well to get within a half length this one has a career in front of him.

4th Trouble Brewing Mb Stables Carmouche K

Ran on well enough but couldn’t reach the leaders to mount a serious challenge.
