1st Video Master, trained by Aer Stables

The oldest runner in the field gets the win and this horse ran a very good race. He was off the pace early on and was about seven lengths off the lead. The pace was pretty quick so that helped a lot. He ran the distance in a time of 2:24.76 and earned $510.000 for the win plus a spot in the Breeders Cup Turf.

2nd Techfluence, trained by The Sidley Stud

Also a very good run from this horse as he battled all the way down the stretch with the winner but he came up just a little short. He was right behind the leader early and then he went to the front and opened up by two lengths. He tried the whole way down the lane but couldn’t hold off the winner.

3rd Jamie Mach, trained by RNP Stables

A pretty good run from this horse also as he ran a strong third in here and was only beaten by a length. He was a couple lengths of the lead but in fourth early on and was even second when they turned for home. He ran on well to get third and he ran a good race.

4th On The Spot, trained by Mb Stables

And the final runner that hit the board right here came from pretty far back to get up for fourth. He was near last and about eight lengths off of the pace. He steadily made up ground the whole way and was only beaten by two lengths at the wire.

Summary

A stellar field was lined up for this race and it did not disappoint in terms of excitement as it took the whole stretch for the winner to get by the runner. Video Master now has a free spot in the Breeders Cup Turf with this win. Congratulations to Video Master and Aer Stables.
