With just win to her name you could be forgiven for writing this one off but she is a lot better than a maiden winner and races from her best draw for some time. Third in the Debutante as a two year old she then raced in the grade one Spinaway where she was only beaten a length into fifth. In her two runs this year we can write off her effort in the Southwest as she failed to stay the trip and judge her better on her third in the Beaumont Stakes last time. She has the right form to win a race like this and at last the right draw to do it from.
2 Track N Field SamIam Wilson E J
Not a bad sort but looks to have a couple above her here in the achievement ranks. She is a solid enough sprinter with a good draw and will give a good account of herself but as yet she hasn’t shown enough to beat a couple of these.
3 Send Noods Jive Inc. Bahen S R
Another with just a maiden win to her name she has also performed well enough at stakes level to give her a chance. Her two most recent efforts have seen her try route trips running third in the Busher and then ninth in the Ashland but i think she is more of a sprinter and will appreciate being back in her comfort zone. She gets a decent draw to lay up closer today so i expect a big effort.
4 Priddy Arindel Moran D
When your stable is firing it seems nothing can go wrong and this one is a fine example of a trainer riding a wave. The form isn’t so good but the 1.10 and 3 six furlong work she laid down recently is the best she has ever worked and better than most of these. The question for us is whether that was just a freak work or whether she is back on the up of her improvement curve and i guess the only way we will know that is when they cross the finish line.
5 Robust Keikowin Racing Da Silva E R
Lightly raced she too has just a maiden win to her name but three seconds including in the Evening Jewel Stakes last time says she isn’t far off win number two. She is certainly working well enough so its just a matter of where she is in her development as to whether she is ready for today’s race.

This trainer is certainly growing into this game and has some nice horse flash in their yard at the moment. This one has failed to win since being bought for $122 but has run well enough to suggest that was money that wasn’t badly spent. I am not sure from this draw that she will be good enough to beat a few of these but she wont be far off them at the end.
7 Command This One Waldo Hernandez R M
Broke her maiden in an open claimer at DMR which was pretty bold and she then took the ungraded stakes The Gimma next time signalling that she was going to be good. She disappointed on her seasonal debut but was much better in the Sweet Life Stakes last time when a very close fifth. Though that run was on turf i think she can act on both and i have a feeling that she is a lot better than her form suggests. A bit of a watch on her today but i have a feeling she may run a big race.
8 Wow D J C Racing Stables Fukumoto D
A consistent sort who is working like she is about to explode in a race like this. She ran OK in the Stonehedge Sophomore last time to be a close fifth but started favorite and may have been a little disappointing. The draw makes it tough for her today but the works say there is more to come and today may be the day.

Stuck out in the cheap seats she certainly knows how to win with 4 wins from 6 starts so i wouldn’t be writing her off because of her gate number. She was poor in the Busher in her only start at this sort of level so i worry about her class gene but she has upset material written all over her.
SUMMARY
A tough one to call with some fast works without form and some good form without the works. I think i will go for Send Noods to beat This One is Fast and stick with the form.
