Did the Easter Bunny come late?  Wow, look at the basket of goodies we’ve been left for the Wiley (GI), a mile and a sixteenth turf test for the sod spinsters… I can’t wait to see how the Green Card looks at this one. 

Looks like the picks are getting interesting as a 9yo lands on top… the Card says La Terrifiant, the war-mare with sixty-three starts and nearly $10,000.000 in the bank is the one today.  She won this race in… are you ready… 2019!!  She was second last year, and has a few other good races over the track, including big runs in the BC F&M Turf (GI).  She’s been close in both ’24 starts, so, I get it.  The outside posts bring our next two choices as Ponzi Scheme and Lady Hilltopper DH’ed at TAM in the Hillsboro (GII), but the Card says to give Ponzi Scheme the slight edge for the second spot.  She shows four consecutive wins, three of those this year.  Lady Hilltopper is the third choice and has back-to-back wins coming into this one.  Painville is another that certainly deserves a big look, winning the ’23 BC F&M Turf (GI), and has been close in both of her ’23 starts… it’s deep, it’s classy and this race is going to be a fun one to watch.
