1st Yellow Submarine, trained by Tirstar Stables
This four year old came off an eight month lay off to win this race by a
half length in a driving finish. Finding a good position just behind the
speed she made it two from three this year and has been brilliantly
trained to turn up fighting fit for today. Clearly sprinkled with plenty
of improvement dust she looks the type to become a real presence in graded
stakes next year.

2nd Edna Krabappel, Paradise Stable
Got a fair way back and flew late to dead heat for second, her second dead
heat in a row. This was another decent effort from an improving three year
old who now looks like this level is well within her grasp.

2nd Southern Atheno, trained by La Canada Racehorses
Stalked the leader and kept on really gamely to dead heat for second. An
oimproved effort i would imagine she is going to be a useful four year old.

4th Summer Sun, trained by Chili King Stables
A clear early leader she faded late to be fourth.

5th The Patriot Filly, trained by Threshold
Settled into the trail and kept on without troubling the judge.
