2 SA Senorita Stakes (GIII)

Nine sprinting three-year-old ladies will answer the bell as we go six and a half furlongs on the lush SoCal lawn in the Senorita Stakes (GIII).
I’ll go to the far outside post and put Ice Barbie on top of my ticket… and I really think this barn has a nice one-two punch with A Bod For Sin, as well. Ice Barbie just missed in the Limestone (GIII) at KEE, and had three wins, including an OptAlw win over this course, at the distance. The post can be tricky, but I think she has what it takes.
Let’s put Extreme Hobbit in the second spot, that one changing hands after winning (DH) the Sanibel Island at GP. This is similar class/distance and she should be ready to give a big effort.
As mentioned, I love A Bod For Sin, as well, so let’s put her on the tri-ticket and I think she could be a huge factor today. She ran well over this course when second vs. Cal-bred at a mile, and I don’t think she liked the soft going at GP, last out. She could be primed.
