Exercist (Fractious) led at every call of the Simcoe and held off a late challenge from Fun Runner (Asgar) to win by a neck. Stevie Wonder (Smokey Stover) ran mid-pack throughout and got up for third. Dirtiest Sin (Arindel) stalked the pace early, then faded to fourth. Chocolate Cherokee (Night Rider Stables) crossed the wire last.
