If not for Grayte Crack finding her old form, Mb Stables would have grabbed the money and run… I mean, he still won, but…  Reprecussions sat mid-pack through most of Saturdays TC of America (GII) at KEE, but as always, this trainers horses always know when the money is on the line and she powered home in 1:09 for the six furlongs and went under the wire in front by a length. Add in that Christina G ran third and Diamond Deal ran fourth and you see why Mb is the trainer to beat, each and every race.

La Marsellaise decaled from this one leaving us with eleven entering the starting gate and as they got away here on a crisp afternoon in Lexington, Truly Deeply Madly was away well with Class Status towards her inside, Grayte Crack, Diamond Dealer and City Goddess giving chase,  Reprecussions and Oneida along the rail, Christina G and Girls Night from the outside, drop down to the inside for Tommy Frazier and Marbles Blitz was the early trailer.

The field made the run down the backside and were headed into the far turn, three and a half furlongs to run and Truly Deeply Madly was showing the way by two and a half lengths.  The trio of Class Status from the outside, Grayte Crack between horses and City Goddess from the rail were giving chase, Diamond Deal a length back and four wide, Reprecussions saving ground, another length to Girls Night and Christina G wide and moving in tandem, another length and a half to Marbles Blitz on the outside of Oneida on the rail and Tommy Frazier between that pair.

Moving around the far turn and to the top of the lane with three-sixteenths of a mile to the finish and Truly Deeply Madly continued to show the way by a length and a quarter.  They were bunching up behind her with Grayte Crack pursuing the leader, Class Status in the three path, City Goddess skimming the rail, Diamond Dealer with a clear run down the center, Reprecussions next to that one, Christina G wide and trying to find a closing effort,  Marble Blitz to the inside of that one and Girls Night between horses, then down to the rail for the trailing duo of Tommy Frazier and Oneida.

Now into deep stretch and to the finish, Truly Deeply Madly had led just about every step but she could not go on as Grayte Crack moved up and took over, but Reprecussions was moving fastest of all and took over from that one, kicking clear late and going under the wire in front by a length.  Grayte Crack continued on well for the place with Christina G closing well for the third spot.  It was another half length back to Diamond Dealer in fourth, Class Status fifth, Oneida and Marble Blitz in a dead-heat for sixth, City Goddess eighth, Truly Deeply Madly tiring to be ninth, Tommy Frazier tenth and Girls Night closed this one out.

Reprecussions is a 4yo bay filly by Moment of Madness – Lea, by Quick Code, and she was bred in NY by her owner, Mb Stables.  This was her eighth lifetime win from sixteen starts, four of those wins coming this season, and she now has earnings of $424.090.  She hasn’t missed the board this season and you have to think she is going to continue to be a major player as we head into the fall stakes schedue.
