                       Three Year Olds and Up

1st Charleys Agent, trained by Mb Stables

Welp, it was the same exact thing as last year for Mb Stables as he had a three year old come in from a win in the Coolmore Lexington and win this race. With his first start on an off track he cruised to a two length win in here. The final time for the race was 2:01.25 and earned $180.000 for the win.

2nd Not Til Monday, trained by Mb Stables

The other entry that went to post for Mb Stables ran a pretty good race himself to finish second. After sitting third the whole way he made a little run at the winner but couldn’t muster up enough to win the race. He showed us once again an off track is no problem for him with his second today.

3rd Corum Jhaelen Irsei, trained by Boomtown

This horse completed a top three finish for the three year olds with his front running fade to third finish. It wasn’t that and of a finish since he tried to go wire to wire and we all know how tough it is to do in this game. Not a terrible run by any means but will need to improve more to be a graded stakes runner for certain.

4th Dr Carson, trained by TwinTowers Racing

In this race he tried to use completely opposite tactics from his OP Handicap win. He tried to come from last in this race and just couldn’t make up enough ground to get into the top three. He’s obviously a good horse but left himself a little too much to do and couldn’t close hard enough to make a serious threat.

Summary

Well Mb Stables dominated this rave and won with a horse who came through down the same path as last year’s winner. The three year also completed the top three sweep and that weight break they got probably helped them a bunch. Congratulations to all of the connections who were involved.
