With just two lengths between first and eleventh it will be impossible to try and read this form going forward to the KYO. One things for sure though just sometimes a leader can win whilst everyone else is busy trying to negate wide draws and get a decent sit behind the leader, today that happened although to be fair as the camera’s clicked furiously in the end another 50 yards would have changed the whole result. Here is how the top four shaded the money spots.

1st Shining Moments RNP Stables Bisono J

The outsider of the field based on one win at the free track and one public work i did have my suspicions that this one was better than it looked on paper. I must admit after this game victory i would be very excited if i was RNP Stables because this inexperienced daughter of Creepy Time beat some very useful sorts here and is still only 15.1hh so you would expect some more improvement. Despite her diminutive size she handled the 120Lbs very well and after finding the front pretty much out of the gate tenaciously held all the late challengers to the line.

2nd Fantasy Command Tiratzo Hernandez J J

Taken back which tends to be option B from the wide gate she flew home for second and made up 3 lengths in the final furlong. After her amazing late run in the Tah Dah last time i though she would do it again but the post came too soon. She will go into the Winter a very exciting prospect for race over further than this and i expect her to emerge a serious KYO contender.

3rd Portmore Night Rider Stables Zayas E J

Stalked the leader throughout and kept her well within er sights but when the whips came out she just didn’t have enough left. To be fair she was beaten less than she was in a cheap CRC allowance last time so there is definitely improvement in her although she is one of those that always seems to come up with a good draw.

4th Silver Cobra Arindel Gaffalione T

Running her ninth race of the year she showed once again just how consistent she is with another tremendous effort. Option B from the wide draw she was taken even further back than Fantasy Command and like the runner up made up a huge amount of ground down the stretch. She may have taken six goes to win her maiden but i don’t think it will be another six till she wins again.
