1st Trump Princess, trained by Winning Link Stables
She signalled she was up to this sort of run when third in the Goldikova last time and that effort and bottom weight was enough to see her to a narrow victory today. Flying late she just got her nose in front at the right time for only her second career win in her sixth start.

2nd Spirits Feronia, trained by straight Arrow
Started at very long odds considering she was the winner of seven races this year and it was no surprise that she ran so well especially considering how well the wide drawn horses are doing at the moment. On the speed she very nearly hung on but was just nutted on the line.

3rd Spanish Pussycat, trained by Allinthegate
Flew late to get third beaten just a neck in a typically close HRP finish. This was a good effort off top weight and she should be winning again soon.

4th Quiet Word, trained by Mb Stables
Kept on really well for fourth beaten just a half length.
