Smokey Stover flexed his 2yo muscle here at ELP, taking both the Juv and the Debutante, and Uranus was in another universe, stalking the pace, then kicking clear late, winning the ELP Juvenile by a length in a final time of 1:21³.  Double digit odds dominated the minor placings as Hand Cannon, sent off at 25/1 odds, took the runner-up spot, two lengths in front of 15/1 Shook.  Another 15/1 shot, Sasebo, was fourth.  Post time favorite Proud Fury was fifth in the field of eleven, with the late scratch of High Time. 

Uranus is a 2yo bay gelded son of Neon Wolf – Prima Dona, by Command Attention, and he was bred in Fla by his owner, Smokey Stover.  He’s a perfect two-for-two, and now has earnings of $111.500.  Congrats to the connections.
