La Terrifiant Proves There Is No Substitute for Class

The Just A Game – Grade I
1 Mile Turf Stake Purse $500.000 Filly & Mare 4 Year Olds And Up.

1st La Terrifiant Our Athletes Velazquez J R

It was great to see this great filly get back to winning ways today with her first win since the BC Fillies and Mares Turf. Right up on the speed where she likes to be she just kept pulling it out to show her class and bravery for a thrilling win. Now on the 4.5K prize money mark she should be breaking the magic 5K this year.

2nd Proud Eights Estero Farms Davis D

Ran her third second in graded stakes company this year with another game effort and a narrow defeat. This mile is just on her minimum trip and one feels with a bit further to run she can break this run.

3rd Delinquent Assembly Nakamura Stables Cedillo A

Ran right up on the speed from the wide gate and the Nak Factor kept her going where others fade. Third in the end was a great effort.

4th Bagina Chili King Stables Wilson E J

Tried hard for a close fourth and was finishing very nicely at the end. There is a good win in her and i don’t think its far away.
