• Lets Celebrate Does It Again, This Time in The Whitney

  When the year began, Lets Celebrate was running in a $12.500 claimer at TAM. Now, he is the favorite to win the BC Classic after picking up his second straight victory in an automatic qualifier for that race. Last month, he was down at CD and won the Grade 1 Foster, and now he did it again, coming from off the pace as he so likes to do, to win the Grade 1 Whitney.

• Wild Finish in The Test

Prevailing in this very tight battle at the wire would be Devils Bride, out of the red-hot Fractious. She was one of three runners that the trainer had in the field, and we went with one of her stablemates in the preview.

• An Easy 1-2 Finish For Mb Stables In The SAR Oaks

  It was a wet one in Upstate New York today, and virtual SAR was not spared from the rain. The result of this precipitation left us with a yielding turf course and two horses, Copper Jewels and Bombing For Peace, scratching out. That meant that our pick to win the race would not be taking part.
