When there is only five lengths from first to worst, you know it was a close race.  Pink Shark took the photo and the win for Arindel in Sunday’s Sham Stakes (GIII) at SA, furthering his march down the TC Trail.  The bay gelding tracked the early pace, moved up to take over into the lane then held off the trio of foes that tried to run him down late.  Wahpekute Sioux just missed in the photo for the win, then it was a neck to a dead-heat for third between Magical Sunset and Ben Nevis.  The fillies ran fifth and tenth, stopping that debate for the time being.
