This consistent filly won handily in the end for one of the most popular players in the game so despite turning the form book upside down there were plenty of handshakes in the winners circle afterwards. I am not sure how much more improvement there is in this exposed homebred but that doesnt matter because today she won and she did it in style.

Straight from cheap claimers into a stakes race once again highlighted the distance we have to go to build a class structure here at HRP. This speedy type led again today and despite the race being run and won in almost exactly the same time as she won her last race, today she couldnt hold on.

What a race for the trainer as their second runner grabbed third place with a strong finish for third. I think she may stay further than this so look out for her if she takes on the mile.

This is one of those fillies that never has much luck with the draw and it was that once again which saw her beat today. Running around midpack she ran on nicely for fourth but was always struggling from the wide gate.
